This role is to design solutions for Commercial Technology Salesforce/nCino Platform initiatives supporting Commercial Lending, Small Business and CRM. We are looking for someone to lead the creation of end-to-end detailed solution with over all accountability for the technical design and delivery of the system Requirements Specification (SRS). Will be exposed to stretch assignments as they take on large-scale, complex and/or enterprise-wide projects. o Provide guidance when scoping and delivering Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. o Work with internal teams to scope work and produce estimates to help define deliverables and timelines. o Effectively collaborates with Business teams to determine system requirements, work with Developers & Testing teams to detail on requirements. o Triage defects collaborate with team to identify the root cause & own the solution up to production implementation. o Able to effectively facilitate Technical Design review sessions. o Provide guidance when scoping and delivering Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. o Work with Development team to scope work and produce estimates to help define deliverables and timelines. o Work effectively individually and with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and success. o Knowledge of Agile practices, particularly sprint planning and assessment. o Create and maintains documentation related to important support processes. Requirements o Bachelor's degree in technology o 5
years relevant experience o Agile, Salesforce and nCino certifications are highly recommended o Prior Commercial and salesforce/nCino experience are highly desired o Prior Technology Design experience Qualifications o Salesforce Certified Administrator o Salesforce Platform App Builder o nCino Certifications are plus o 3
years salesforce experience in configuring workflows, Profiles, permission sets, VR's, SOQL, Reports & Dashboards are a large organization. o Excellent communication, problem solving & Decision-making skills.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
