Description Foundations, Inc.
, a nationally recognized, non-profit educational capacity-building organization, seeks an energetic, highly professional, and motivated Administrative Assistant to support the work of the Executive Office.
Our ideal candidate would be extremely well organized, detail oriented, have superior communications skills, and excellent computer skills in all Microsoft applications (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook).
The candidate should possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to interface with all levels of management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree Minimum of 3 years office experience Must have strong proficiency in Sharepoint, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google Suite Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to coordinate multiple activities and adhere to deadlines Job Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Preparing and formatting letters, reports, and other formal correspondence Supporting all areas of the organization included Marketing, Finance, Human Resources as needed Completing forms and facilitating office processes Maintaining filing system Coordinating and organizing meetings, travel arrangements Answering phones and greeting visitors Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
