Mental Health Clinician - LAC or LSW

Laurel, NJ providing both in person and virtual services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families with outpatient level mental health needs.
We are in search of both Licensed Associate Counselors (LAC) and Licensed Social Workers (LSW) to be a part of our thriving practice and meet the mental health needs of those in our community.
Interested candidates must be willing to provide a minimum of five (5) therapy hours per week beginning in Spring 2023.
Interested candidates should meet the following criteria:
Possess an LAC or LSW from the State of New Jersey Possess a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited graduate program in their respective disciplines.
Must have a minimum of 2 years practicum/internship training experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.
Experience working with couples and families is a plus.
Be quick and decisive in making provisional diagnoses and and be adept in early assessment, treatment planning, completing documentation in timely fashion.
Possess excellent communication skills, be receptive to clinical feedback from supervisors and team members.
Desires being a part of a clinical team, yet is able to work autonomously and independently.
Possesses prior experience in treating depression, anxiety, attention problems, conduct and behavioral problems, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, and parent-child problems.
Interest in trauma-informed care is highly sought and preferred.
We emphasize the importance of work-life balance and make it a priority to support that in our staff.
Clinicians may choose to work at home or at the office, and will have flexibility and control of their own schedules.
