We are looking to hire a full-time Electrical Engineering Project Manager in Mount Laurel who can work with colleagues across all internal functions.
Antares Vision supports the needs of pharmaceutical companies' requirement for track & trace technology as well as their need for machine vision inspection during the packaging process.
As such, the project management staff manage issues that customers have before and during installation in the ever-changing environment of a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
The Electrical Engineering Project Manager is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by managing projects for quality, time and cost objectives.
The Automation Project Manager positively assists customers in selecting the best solutions, proactively plans projects and analyzes and prevents problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES of an Electrical Engineer Project Manager:
Develop electrical and controls system design solutions based on engineering principles and involvement in presentation of the solution to the customer.
Understand client requirements; identify and address design parameters and engineering problems.
Create and ensure solutions are implemented accurately and within budget.
Creation and management of documentation accompanying the project.
Participation in kick off meetings with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Read and interpret electrical drawings and make suggestions or changes to management and to the customer based on customer's needs.
Provide technical support to external and internal customers of PLC-based hardware and software.
Support sales team in pre-sales technical concept and budgeting activities.
REQUIREMENTS of an Electrical Engineer Project Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar related degree.
At least 6-8 years of professional experience in the areas of system integration, plant floor automation, application programming, and database and system design.
Experienced in PLC's, HMI systems, networking, and data acquisition systems.
Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and test data.
Ability to work at strategic and operational level.
Possess the ability to handle multiple projects and switch quickly and comfortably between projects as determined by the needs of the customer.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Experience in Leanplan a plus Must hold a valid passport or be able to obtain one within 4-6 months of starting.
Travel of up to 25%, domestic and international.
The Electrical Engineer Project Manager position offers a salary starting at $110,000 per year commensurate with experience along with a benefits package that includes:
