Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about products and services to customers - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a calm and courteous manner - Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the company's products or services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet or exceed performance goals set by the company
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
