We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Senior Project Manager in Trenton, NJ, who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget.
Based at our client's project site, you'll be responsible for managing the project team, working alongside Owner's staff, overall project delivery, and lead the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives.
You will manage and provide construction oversight, facilitate resolution to complex construction project related challenges and ensure not only the progress and technical performance of the project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope, and safety of the team.

Bachelor Degree 15
years of experience as a Project Manager 10
years of experience in the planning and execution of decommissioning, demolition, and site readiness Experience as an Owner's Rep on healthcare facility projects Advanced working knowledge of Design Build delivery approach Proven track record of creating and maintaining client relationships Ideally, You'll Also Have:
