We are a growing company looking to hire a print and mailing machine operator to support our production team.
Job Description The position will be responsible for monitoring and operating high speed mail insertion machines and ink jet equipment.
Job Responsibilities Set up and operate Inserting (Pitney Bowes high speed) and Ink Jet (Kirk Rudy) equipment for all jobs generated by data processing.
Inspect and ensure all printed materials being produced meet established standards for the USPS.
Enter daily shift production in Operating System, identifying all work processed.
Perform daily maintenance and provide basic troubleshooting of machines including cleaning, refilling water and ink as well as making any minor machine adjustments for efficient operation.
Qualifications Must be able to work overtime when necessary.
Candidates should have experience working with Kirk Rudy and Pitney Bowes high speed machines or similar machinery.
Experience in a mailroom environment, running a variety of mailroom machines.
Must be able to lift at least 35 lbs.
and to perform light physical labor.
Must be able to stand an entire 8
hour shift.
