Production Manager with Security Clearance
Production Manager - Full Time MTLAUREL, NJ, US Production Manager will oversee electronics production in the Mount Laurel, NJ facilityUsing program schedules and integration plans, the Production Manager will schedule assembly of items based on available material and assembly technician resourcesThe production manager will plan to have all material in-house for each assembly the production plan indicatesThe plans will be reviewed by management to ensure program goals are being metProduction items vary such as wire harnesses, RF modules, chassis of electronic components, RF printed circuit boards, digital printed circuit boards and racks of electronic chassisThe Production Manager will also ensure drawing packages are completed prior to release for productionDay to Day tasks:
Work with management to understand program schedulesPlan detailed production schedules based off program schedulesEnsure efficient scheduling for up to 12 assembly techniciansUse outside vendors as needed to offload certain assembly tasksWork with Inventory Agents to address purchasing and receipt of materialsVerify technical documentation is complete and archived prior to release for productionKeep other personnel updated on new document versionsEnsure all safety and health standards are metCommunicate regularly with management regarding problems or issues impacting productionEvaluate resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtimeRequirements:
Self Motivated Detail oriented Ability to work in a team environment Proficient with Microsoft Office tools Critical thinking skills Ability to multitask Desired:
