Essential Functions and
Responsibilities:
Ability to communicate and translate in English and Spanish Maintain positive contact with clients Draft and e-file (NJ) with the Court pleadings, including Claim Petitions and Motions Perform case management Independently track deadlines Draft Interrogatories, requests for discovery, etc.
Organize, review, and analyze medical records and discovery documents Create settlement documents, demands, etc.
Manage and complete daily to-dos Skills:
Workers' Compensation exp rience a plus Computer Proficiency with working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Time Matters (or similar document management system) Must exhibit a high degree of initiative in managing multiple priorities simultaneously Detail-oriented, highly organized with the ability to multi-task Ability to adapt to changes in workflow Positive attitude Job Type:
