We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is passionate about customer satisfaction and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
As a CSR at Square One, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, provide guidance on our direct mail services, and ensure their satisfaction with our offerings.
- Assist clients with platform onboarding, troubleshooting, and training, ensuring they are able to utilize our automation technology to its fullest potential.
- Proactively communicate with clients to keep them informed about project status, delivery timelines, and any potential delays or changes.
- Collaborate and coordinate with various internal teams including sales, production, and IT to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including contact information, communication details, and issue resolutions.
- Continuously build relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, implementing them into customer service processes when appropriate.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within a direct mail services or related industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in order to resolve complex issues.
- Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
