Associate Director of Software Engineering 100% Remote JOB DESCRIPTION1. Utilize collaborative skills to work with business partners, other IT managers and leadership to deliver high quality, reusable, scalable, highly reliable, independent microservices that perform under load.
2. Primary responsibilities are focused on technical leadership of one or more scrum teams and contributing to the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of reusable microservices.
3. Leverage analytical skills to learn our business processes and provide innovative, business focused technical solutions.
Licensure, Certification, Requirements:
1. Native AWS development (Lambda, Step, etc.) Preferred
2. Mulesoft development experience Preferred
3. Production Mortgage Industry Experience Preferred
4. Strong recruiting skills for technical talent Preferred
Must Haves:
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Experience managing projects and organizing quick resolution to production issues Required
-Experience managing one or more scrum teams
-Provide strategic and innovative technical guidance to the team Required
-Interest in learning and applying new technologies and architectures

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
