PC Technician Summary
On behalf of our client Procom Services is searching for two PC Technicians to provide support work on PC moves.
PC Technician Job Details
-Installs, configures, tests and moves IT equipment.
-Coordinates and conducts the removal and installation of servers, racks, and related IT equipment.
-Coordinates and works with IT Service Provider on deployments.
-Consults with Deployment sub-teams on moderate-level technical support issues.
-Troubleshoots, installs or resolves hardware and software issues.
-Consults with senior team members as needed.
-Communicates with Supervisors during the project regarding status
-Communicates to Supervisor issues that could impact the project target date
PC Technician Mandatory Skills
-Excellent Communication skills
-Prior experience w/ PC rollout/deployment
-Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
-Able to work flexible hours including late nights and weekends (on a need basis ? manager will provide notice when needed)
-Valid Driver?s license to travel in company provided vehicle.
-Willing to travel sometimes overnight (local to Mt Laurel)
-Able to load and unload equipment weighing 75 lbs

-Banking/Financial Industry Experience
-Knowledge of Novell client software preferred.
