Job
Summary:
The Executive Administrative Assistant will assist with the Commission for Case Manager Certification's (Commission) Senior Staff's day to day operations. The Executive Administrative Assistant:
Provides high-level administrative support.
Maintains effective relationships with internal and external audiences.
Utilizes management and leadership skills to facilitate the continuing growth of the Association.
Maintains confidentiality and should expect to be privy to sensitive information and handle accordingly.
Reports directly to the Commission's Chief Operations Officer (COO).

Responsibilities:
Be a role model for the company culture - embracing core values.
Adheres to AMC accreditation policies and procedures.
Attends monthly meetings - as approved by the Commission's COO.
Pursues Professional Development Opportunities - as approved by the Commission's COO.
Participates in AH Committees/Task Forces when appropriate - as approved by the Commission's COO.
External Ambassador for AH.
Commission
Responsibilities:
Maintains and updates E-governance portal and its contents when appropriate including Commissioner and Volunteer contact rosters and contact information, committee metrics, etc.
Coordinates and/or assists with travel arrangements, including event registrations, for Commission staff, Commissioners and volunteers.
Manages all logistics for in-house meetings, including staff meetings (room reservations, F&B, if required).
Schedules internal and external meetings as directed by the Commission's Senior Staff.
Writes, edits and distributes emails as directed by the Commission's Senior Staff.
Assists in Board Meeting preparation and follow-up as needed.
Assists in creation of Board meeting materials and logistics for Board Meetings (Quarterly).
Assists in creation of documentation at the request of the Commission's senior staff
Assists with quality control and proof reading of all documents and materials as requested.
Manages and executes assigned programs.
Works with AH internal departments to fulfill Commission's needs including Accounting, AH Web, AH IT and AH Creative.
Measuring Performance:
Positive Feedback/scores from annual client partner surveys.
Successful achievement of agreed upon metrics specific to the Commission.
Implements and follows the AH AMC Accreditation policies and procedures.
Meets established deadlines and follows AH & Commission procedures.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
