On behalf of our client Procom Services is searching for a Data Integration Developer proficient with ANSI SQL to perform SQL Queries, Data Analysis and Data Validation in support of large Data Warehousing project.
Lead Data Integration Developer Job Details
On a day to day basis, this individual will work to develop, document and implement database solutions according to business needs in the context of a data warehouse environment. They will be part of a team responsible for building out, testing and supporting enterprise data marts and data warehouses. They will be expected to perform data analysis and profiling, comprehend and rationalize business data, and develop SQL queries. They will also need to validate test scenarios.
Lead Data Integration Developer Mandatory Skills
- ANSI SQL experience
- Data validation experience
- Datawarehouseing experience (knowledge/understanding - will be asked some pretty technical questions around this - worked in data mart/data warehouse for a significant amount of time)
- Experienced in creating data mapping specifications and must have an understanding of the use and context of the data
Nice to have skills
- financial/banking
- Any ETL coding experience would be nice to have, but not required.
- Any technical lead on previous project would be nice to have.
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills (in person & over the phone) verbal and written. They must have good documentation, be a self starter, ability to come in the door and hit the ground running as well as be outgoing and able to work in fast paced environment.
Team Culture
This is very faced paced team with aggressive goals to meet. We really need individuals that can collaborate with the team well in a high production environment. Someone who is willing to have a flexible schedule. They also need to be able to wear multiple hats in this environment.
