Sr. Project Coordinator Summary
On behalf of our client Procom Services is searching for a Sr. Project Coordinator to be involved in 2 Portfolios and support various projects (8 PMs, 4 Program managers and hiring manager). Would consider a junior PM providing that the consultant has strong development skills.
Sr. Project Coordinator Job Details
The role will include the following day-to-day tasks:
-Generate standard weekly reporting for a variety of team members (from PM's to Senior Managers).
- Facilitate weekly team meeting calls with each Portfolio team (provide the meeting materials, take meeting minutes).
- Basic knowledge of project financials & Operational financials
- Support the PM's and Program Managers with audit/compliance tasks; collaborate with the PM's in weekly one-on-one sessions.
- Assist with the development of enhanced reporting and data analysis.
- SharePoint administration: uploading files, moving files, processing site requests and permission changes, etc.
