On behalf of our client Procom Services is searching for a Sr. Project Coordinator to be an integral member of a commercial project team responsible for delivering building development projects of varying size and complexity. The Project Coordinator is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of a Project Manager (PM) & Program Manager.

Sr. Project Coordinator Job Details
- Assist the PM in managing the project/ program financials. Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures
- Assist the PM with PMLC documentation for the program such as stakeholder list, project organization and communication charts etc.
- Facilitate meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members
- Works with project team to understand and assist with tracking all work, task and project assignments. Maintains Team Action Record (TAR) and follows up of open items
- Working with Project Manager, assist in developing a comprehensive workflow process for project.
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the project team
- Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact the project. Maintain Issue/ Risk Tracking log; project change control log. Summarizing Status Reports
