A Sr. Systems Engineer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting of Microsoft, Citrix and VMware environments. The ideal candidate must be familiar with a wide variety of LAN/WAN Technologies including routing, switching and firewalling technologies. Will perform a variety of evaluation, maintenance, installation and training tasks to ensure the computer network performance meets company and user satisfaction. Will also provide direction, information and recommendations regarding network configurations and installations.
The ideal candidate will have 5
years of experience, additional knowledge of Dell, VMware, Microsoft and SAN storage is desirable. The Senior Systems Engineer will support client and server issues, including acting as a liaison between 3rd-party vendor support teams and the client. Current industry certification is strongly desired with an emphasis on Microsoft, VMware and Citrix platforms. Additional certifications from other vendors are a plus.
Position
Qualifications:
o Solid experience as a Sr. Microsoft/VMware/Citrix Engineer
o Technical background in the following Concepts/Technologies: Citrix XenApp (5.0, 6.5), Windows 7, Window Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, server 2012, Exchange 2007 , Exchange 2010, Exchange 2013, Active Directory, GPO's, Roaming Profiles
o Technical knowledge of VMware and Hyper-V

Technical knowledge of TCP/IP and network services such as DHCP and DNS
o Experience implementing SAN on Fiber channel, iSCSI and NFS in addition to performance evaluation/optimization
o Knowledge of common Microsoft Server products - IIS, SQL and Server Operating Systems
o Perform quality assurance activities to ensure standardization of best practices
o Act as technical escalation point for Support Specialists and Systems Engineers
o Monitors systems performance and implements performance tuning
o Ability to coordinate communications with multiple vendors and the customer
o Experience supporting a production environment within a Co-located data center
o Knowledge of common Microsoft Server products - IIS, SQL and Server Operating Systems
o Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, conducive to team development
o Ability to communicate in an understandable, polite and friendly manner, both written and verbal
o Must be attentive to customer service and relationship management - able to take full ownership of projects and related tasks
o Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a small business environment
o Participate in a 24 x 7 on-call rotation
o Excellent troubleshooting skills
o Must hold a valid driver's license with no restrictions and possess reliable transportation
o The ability to bend, squat, crawl or climb 25-40% of the time and lift up to 100 pounds
o Availability in response to needs of the customer for installation, maintenance and equipment malfunction
Position Duties and
Responsibilities:
o Researches, analyzes and diagnoses system problems and makes recommendations as to their solution
o Monitor the service queues taking tickets based on priority, including but not limited to: o Server and Network support
o Vendor management
o Receive incoming service requests (phone/email).
o Ensure that documentation changes are performed accurately, and timely. Communicate changes to other team members, as deemed necessary
o Special projects and assignments as requested, including product/service turn-ups
o Provide onsite (field service) support, as needed
o Project deployments and installations
o May train and oversee work of less experienced staff
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
