Summary:
We are seeking a qualified, enthusiastic candidate for the position of QA Lead to join the exciting and progressive QA team to support testing of theconsumer/residential lending apps under the RMO (Retail Money Out) portfolio.
The successful candidate will be required to haveprior Financial/Retail testing experience in QA, have strong communication skills and be self-motivated, independent and proactive.
MUST HAVE

years of experience in the QA
ALM (Application Lifecycle management) 2 yrs
Team Lead 3 yrs
Hands on knowledge of Client Quality Center 5 yrs
Experience working with offshore resources is required 2 yrs
Knowledge of testing and development methodologies, and defect 5 yrs
BAT/PAT/SIT 5 yrs
Excellent communication skills
NICE TO HAVE
Prior banking experience is a huge plus
Knowledge of consumer & residential lending end to end (in detailed) process and testing.
Knowledge of Mortgagebot end to end Process and testing is huge plus.
Knowledge of Home Equities, Consumer Loans and Mortgage/Residential loans is huge plus.
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Application Manager, the successful candidate will be charged with the following:
Review documentation to understand testing requirements, test environments and objectives.
Review scope and provide estimates
Outline test strategy and test plan document for upcoming projects.
Identify test data needs and work with appropriate teams to ensure data is available during the testing phases.
Lead the defect triage meetings with the project team
Identify and assess testing risks using a systematic approach.
Outline & execute test scenarios and test cases. Conduct peer review of test cases
Coordinate testing of applications/products supported as per project plan.
Provide subject matter expertise on specific application usage or area of knowledge (e.g., setting up customer data on various products).
Develop and maintain relationships with project team members, third party service partners, and client areas as appropriate
Work collaboratively to identify solutions and resolve variance from product/application specifications.
Prepare weekly testing status reports
Provide support to the Business QA team during the Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) phase of the project.
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing solutions.
Advise Project Manager regarding overall quality of project. Raise outstanding issues through established channels.
Work effectively as a team, supporting other team members in achieving project/ business objectives and providing client services.
Conduct testing in accordance with established information security and information privacy policies and guidelines.
Participate in knowledge transfer within the team and with business units.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
