ARI has an outstanding opportunity for a /Learning & Development Operations Coordinator/ in our / Mount Laurel, NJ / office. This role will support the Learning and Development (ARI University) function in coordinating instructor-led training courses for ARI North America, and the UK and Europe as needed, as well as oversee online training programs, training program administration and day-to-day operations.
What will you do?
Understand ARI University's training programs, practices and activities to provide exemplary customer service.
Maintain the training calendar and scheduling of courses: create training events and sessions in the Learning Management System (LMS), support enrollment requests through proxy enrollments and withdrawals, manage waitlists, process attendance rosters, etc
Manage the Training Room calendar and scheduling. Ensure training room set up is complete prior to scheduled classroom/instructor-led sessions.
Ensure technical resources, training materials, supplies and rosters are available to facilitators.
Track training progress and follow up with students to keep them on track, ensure completion of programs in a timely manner (i.e. New Hire Curriculum).
Monthly and Ad-Hoc reporting: Run monthly training reports to track progress against corporate goals; provide ad-hoc reports as requested.
ARI University event coordination: support the ARI University team by scheduling activities related to events throughout the year; source vendors and schedule external resources as needed: send corresponding communications to appropriate audiences.
Oversee the Employee Resource Center: run reports and fulfill material requests, track material returns.
Other duties as assigned.

Ability to effectively present information in a clear manner, demonstrate procedures and respond to questions.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general information and data.
Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Basic understanding of Human Resources and Learning and Development functions and practices.
Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems preferably CornerStone On Demand.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
