HUD Specialist
Job Description Kelly Services is currently looking for a HUD Specialist to work in Mount Laurel, NJ.
This is a long term temporary contract.
JOB DESCRIPTION -Responsible for reviewing HUD-1 Settlement Statements to insure compliance guidelines and requirements are met.
-Ability to work with Closing agents and Third parties to insure corrections and updates are made to the HUD-1 accurately.
-Handle phone volume with questions from closing agents, attorneys, and internal departments.
-Request funds, update fees in operating system, and provide new documents as required to the Closing Agent.
JOB REQUIREMENTS- High school diploma required - Previous mortgage or banking experience a plus- Must be accurate and detail-oriented - Sound decision making ability - Excellent communication skills - Working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WordADDITIONAL INFORMATIONShift:
