ARI has an outstanding opportunity for a Supervisor Office Support in our Mount Laurel, NJ office to supervise the assigned employees, manage workload, evaluate quality measures and conducts performance reviews.
What will you do?
Provides training, direction and technical guidance to staff
Evaluate opportunities in existing processes and identify new processes to increase departmental efficiency
Support the personal and career development of all assigned employees
Create and maintain documents on departmental processes and procedures
Respond to escalating internal and external customer issues, determine root cause and implement mistake-proofing measures
Performs analysis and assists with budgeting for capital expenditures and office supply purchases
Works closely with the Corporate Sourcing team to maintain vendor relationships which support the department objectives
Develop and monitor key department metrics to ensure standards are achieved
Participate in recruiting and hiring of new staff members
Proactively interact with business partners to continually develop and support all department applications
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to focus on core process performance, strategic objectives and customer satisfaction
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Responsible for ensuring mail is sorted and delivered within the organization each day.
Works diligently to ensure the timely scanning and indexing of vehicle documents into the Imaging Viewer.
Handles the archive process for the company documents.
Manages the copy center and the vendor that is responsible for keeping up with the equipment.
Ensures are incoming calls to the organization switchboard are answered and properly routed within the organization.
Monitors the deliveries handled by the company courier team to ensure documents are delivered between companies timely and accurately.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree or related leadership experience
Minimum 5 years business experience in Office Services
Minimum 3 years leadership experience
Must have a strong foundation in managerial concepts and financial awareness
Must be well organized, self-motivated and be able to prioritize tasks within a production environment
Possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and think from a critical and strategic perspective
Ability to communicate and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization, including senior management
Ability to positively impact employee behavior and coach employees to success
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Analytical skills
