Qualifications:
In order to qualify, you must meet the requirements described below. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized Experience required:
To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level NH-03. Specialized experience is defined as:
Experience directing a group of professional employees responsible for the oversight and implementation of contract administration principles, methods, techniques, and procedures for complex major weapons. Experience providing customer-focused contract management and program support across the entire spectrum of the defense system life cycle. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
