Qualifications:
In order to qualify, you must meet the requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized Experience required:
To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level NH-03. Specialized experience is defined as:
Experience directing a group of professional employees responsible for the oversight and implementation of contract administration principles, methods, techniques, and procedures for complex major weapons. Experience providing customer-focused contract management and program support across the entire spectrum of the defense system life cycle. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
